Second, we packaged the blue LED chip inside the SMD LED and then added phosphor during the packaging process. For InGaN/YAG white LEDs, by changing the chemical composition of the YAG phosphor and adjusting the thickness of the phosphor layer, white light of various colors having a color temperature of 3,500 to 10,000 K can be obtained. This is the most popular and easiest way to produce white LEDs.
