680nm LED Lights with 3014 LED SMD
This is a 3014 SMD LED that have 680nm LED wavelength inside. 680nm wavelength are one of the important part for some far red LED grow lights. This slim size SMD package are design flexibility, which can be 3014 SMD LED 2835 SMD LED or 5050 SMD LED ect. On order to make sure the quality, we produce this 680nm LED with 99.99% purity gold wire, which can make this LED got more stable performance and make it can handle more higher operation than silver wire or alloy wire. At the same time, we also use the red copper LED frame to make sure this LED won't get rust as easy as iron.

Manufacturing Process of SMD LED:
When we produce this LED, we will need to prepare the LED chip. This is the first step; Secondly, we need to fixing the chip into our 3014 SMD LED frame. And thirdly, we need to use the pure gold wire to connect the circuit inside. Then we will fill up the LED frame with epoxy and phosphor(if we were produce the white SMD LED), which can protect LED chip from external force damage. Because of the epoxy is liquid, we need to dry it by the oven for 8 hours at least. Until now, we had done most of the production things.
After we take this LED from oven, we need to put all the LED to the sorting machine in order to separate LED with different bin(or voltage).
The last step is to package it as a reel~
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS:
Compare to epoxy encapsulant that is hard and brittle, silicone is softer and flexible Althouth its characteristiec significantly reduces thermal stress, it is more susceptible to damage by extemal mechanical force. As a result, special handling precautions need to be observed during assembly using silicone encapsulated Led products. Failure to comply might lead to damage and premature failure of the led
1. Handle the component along the side surfaces by using forceps or appropriate tools.
2, Do not directly touch or handle the silicone lens surface. It may damage the internal circuitry.
3, Do not stack together assembled PCBS containing exposed LEDs. Impact may scratch the silicone lens or damage the internal circuitry.
4, 4-A The inner diameter of the SMD pickup nozzle should not exceed the size of the LED to prevent air leaks;
4-B A plible material is suggested for the nozzle tip to avoid acratching or damaging the LED surface during pickup.
4-C The dimension of the component must be accurately programmed in the pick-and-place machine to insure precise pickup and avoid damage during production;
4-D As silicone encapsulation is permeable to gases, some corrosive substances such as H2S might corrode silver plationg of leadframe. Special care should be taken if an LED with silicone encapsulation is to used near such substances.
5, Please aviod continued exposure to the condensing moisture environment and keep the product away from repid transitions in ambiemt temperature.
6, Product in the original sealed package is recommended to be assembled within 24 hours of opening.
