1400nm LED

This catalog will include those LED that had wavelength from 1400nm to 1500nm, which is one of IR LED range in Far red infrared LED. 1400nm and 1450nm IR LED can be package with different size of LED type, with surface mount device type or through-hole type. And different type will also help these IR LED to emit different radiation. The former package methode will allow the IR LED to get a wider radiation area, while the latter will allow the IR LED to get a longer radiation distance.
