490nm(cyan LED) wavelength are between 470nm(blue LED) and 500nm(green LED), which shows in the light green area at CIE1931 coordinate system. This LED is not a common green LED wavelength and not a popular color, but it do looks beautiful. 490nm cyan LED not only can be used with 630nm and 590nm to make a 5050 RGY LED, but also can lighting alone and package with 5mm through-hole LED, 3mm Through-hole LED, SMD LED with 490nm LED or even small size LED like 0603 SMD LED, 1206 SMD LED ect. This chip can be packaged with various LED case. 500Nm LED shows X:0.078 and Y:0.5027. 490nm LED are also around it. They got different wavelength, but they do have a similar lighting color.
