There have kinds of through-hole LED case for 590nm LED bare die, such as: 5mm Through-hole LED with round top lems, 3mm through-hole LED with round top lens, rectangle through-hole LED (2*3*4mm rectangle, 2*5*7 rectangle ect), concave top lens, flat top lens are also available. 5514FYC-10 is a through-hole LED that made by 590nm LED bare die. 5mm flat top clear lens make this yellow LED have a wider viewing angle, which is 120 degree. For most of 5mm round top through-hole LED, the viewing angle is 20 degree, 30 degree, 45 degree, 60 degree and 90 degree. 90 degree is the most widest viewing angle for the round top through-hole LED. If you really need some wide angle LED, this 5514FYC-10 can be a option for you!
