The forward voltage of the medium power IR LED(infrared led): 1.4-1.7V, current 50-150mA.

High power IR LED(850nm infrared led) forward voltage: 1.5-1.9V, current 300-1000mA.

The low voltage of the infrared 3020 IR LED is unique. The SMD infrared emitting tube produced by Bestled can be applied to infrared induction and monitor lighting.
