Which is by use of phosphors together with a blue LED chip inside. When the blue light through the phosphor, some of it will be converted to yellow light. And the remain blue light will mixed with the yellow light, then we will got white LED finally. With this way, we can control the white LED's color temperature by how many phosphor we put it on the lens. The more phosphor, the more yellowish color of white LED and the less phosphor, the more blueish color of white LED will be.
