490nm (ciāna LED) viļņa garums ir no 470nm (zils LED) līdz 500nm (zaļš LED), kas redzams gaiši zaļā zonā pie CIE1931 koordinātu sistēmas. Šis LED nav izplatīts zaļā LED viļņa garums un nav populāra krāsa, taču tas izskatās skaisti. 490nm ciāna LED var izmantot ne tikai ar 630nm un 590nm, lai izveidotu 5050 RGY LED, bet arī var apgaismot atsevišķi un iepakot ar 5mm caur caurumu LED, 3mm caur caurumu LED, SMD LED ar 490nm LED vai pat maza izmēra LED, piemēram, 0603 SMD LED, 1206 SMD LED utt. Šo mikroshēmu var iepakot ar dažādiem LED korpusiem. 500 nm LED parāda X: 0,078 un Y: 0,5027. Ap to ir arī 490 nm LED. Viņiem ir atšķirīgs viļņa garums, taču tiem ir līdzīga apgaismojuma krāsa.
