These 503PT850D-A3 can easy to match 850nm infrared emitter and can replace the traditional CDS photosensitive resistor. These phototransistor does not contain cadmium, lead and other harmful substances. It meets the ROHS standard of EU. It is suitable for all kinds of light-controlled lighting products, such as night lamp, lawn lamp, solar lamp, etc. Automatically adjusting background light, such as LCD, mobile phone, camera, security monitor, etc. Controlling all kinds of light-controlled Film-controlled toys, all kinds of light-controlled infrared detection and testing equipment, etc. Products can receive 700-1100 nm wide wavelength light, with 850 nm 940 nm being the most sensitive.
