    Infrared LED Lamps 503IRBT-85L/12I60-45A is a infrared LED that packaged by Tyntek(a famous LED chip brand from Taiwan) 12mil IR LED bare die and blue epoxy lens. These 850nm LED have a long life solid state reliability. 300um*300um AlGaAs/AlGaAs infrared chip and 45 degree IR LED is a common infrared LED, which is have a long radiation, high brightness and low voltage. Because of the material of LED chip, infrared LED have much lower voltage than red LED chip, blue, green and white led chip. But the low voltage will not limit the current through the LED. So all the IR LED will have low voltage. For these 5mm blue case through-hole LED, we also can package it with 680nm LED , 700nm led, 720nm led, 730nm LED , 740nm led, 750nm led, 760nm LED , 770nm led, 780nm LED , 800nm led, 810nm LED , 820nm led, 830nm LED , 840nm led, 850nm led, 880nm LED , 900nm led, 920nm led, 950nm led, 1000nm  led, 1050nm LED, 1100nm led, 1200nm LED, 1300nm LED, 1550nm LED ect.
