When this little tinny 940nm IR bulb work on the night vision camera, we cannot see if they working or not. But if the 850nm LED working for the night vision camera, we can see it by naked eyes, because there will have some red spot.

Then what the red spot is? there is no totally filtration for the IR LED and a small amount of red light is seen by the human eye. This is the phenomenon of red storm.
